THIS DATE SHOULD ALREADY BE SET FOR 08/01/2023.   IN ORDER TO ACCURATELY CALCULATE THE PLAYERS' AGE FOR ELIGIBILITY. IF THE DATE IS NOT 2023-08-01, THEN ENTER THIS DATE.
